I'm Stéfany ;) I'm a Wellness & Optimization Coach, consultant, leadership trainer, speaker, author and holistic health enthusiast passionate about helping you bring your best self in every area of your life as you serve: at home, at work and in your community. Like you... I have felt the overwhelm when taking on too much and to do's coming from all sides while not filling my cup with intention for rest, refuel and reconnect. I started creating Fueled & Flowcused resources because I want to empower you, the person who always puts others first. Why I do what I do: because I believe that if people are equipped to know what their needs for refuel are and how to fulfil them while being empowered to set boundaries, they can truly show up with energy and vitality.
You see, I've spent way too long on a the side of overwhelm: as a mama, wife, leader, coach, basically in all realms of my life. I've allowed the demands of the day to take over my energy for far too long. Along the way I've developed some tried and tested strategies to move from a state of overwhelm to energizing my daily flow!
